Terms and Conditions for the Pot Limit Omaha Staking Package

1. Overview

By participating in the Pot Limit Omaha Staking Package (the “Staking Package”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). This Staking Package offers $100 for the winner to play Pot Limit Omaha Multi-Table Tournaments (MTTs) on a selected site of the winner’s choice.

2. Eligibility

• The Staking Package is open to individuals who have successfully passed the Pot Limit Omaha quiz with a score of 7 or higher.
• Participants must have signed up for either ACR Poker or CoinPoker.
• The winner must play the staked amount on either ACR or CoinPoker.

3. Staking Details

• Staking Amount: The winner will receive $100 to play Pot Limit Omaha MTTs.
• Duration: The winner has 60 days from the date of receiving the staking amount to play a minimum of $100 worth of Pot Limit Omaha tournaments.
• Buy-In Limits: No minimum or maximum buy-in for the tournaments played.

4. Play Requirements

• The winner must play Pot Limit Omaha tournaments totaling at least $100 in buy-ins within the 60-day period.
• Only tournaments played within the specified time frame will count towards the staking agreement.

5. Profit Sharing

• Profit Split: Any profits from the tournaments will be split 50/50 between the winner and the staker.
  • Example: If the winner wins $100, they will keep $50 and send back $50.
• Stakeback: The staking package does not include stakeback. This means any initial losses do not need to be compensated back to me.
• Payouts: The winner is responsible for sending the staker their share of any profits within 7 days of completing the $100 worth of tournaments.

6. Reporting and Verification

• The winner must keep accurate records of all tournaments played, including buy-ins and winnings.
• I reserve the right to request screenshots or other forms of verification to confirm the tournaments played and the results.
• The winner can keep me updated on their progress via discord.

7. Contact and Notification

• The winner will be contacted by email to arrange the staking details.
• The winner must respond to the email within 7 days to claim their staking package.
• Failure to respond within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the staking package.

8. Monthly Giveaway

• Each participant only needs to enter the giveaway once and will be eligible for a chance to win the Staking Package every month.
• The monthly winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants.

9. Termination and Forfeiture

• If the winner fails to play the required $100 worth of tournaments within the 60-day period, the remaining staking amount must be returned to me.
• Failure to comply with the Terms may result in termination of the staking agreement and forfeiture of any remaining staking amount.
